• Proven track record in achieving sales/service targets within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading retail and service teams, including hiring, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and compensation-related decisions.
• Support staff in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs such as gross profit, tire sales, and service revenue; help the team achieve targets.
• Train and mentor employees on repair procedures, customer service standards, and operational best practices.
• Create and maintain schedules for front-of-house and back-of-shop staff to cover all operating hours.
• Review performance data; identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to meet goals.
• Support inventory management: ordering, tracking, and parts/tires control.
• Foster safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence in daily tasks.
