Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers in Sauget, IL is seeking a Service Manager in Training to learn and support all service and repair operations within a busy retail store. The role works with store leadership to develop skills in team management, workflow planning, and customer service.

The position requires hands-on automotive knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will help drive service sales, ensure safety, and maintain high quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Strong technical acumen in automotive repair standards, tools and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced shop.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assess service needs with a professional approach.
• Assist in interviewing, training and evaluating technicians.
• Support achievement of store performance goals and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily work orders, scheduling and resource needs.
• Help ensure safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
