Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive repair industry as technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Experience mentoring technicians preferred.
• Strong technical acumen in automotive repair standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn to interview, hire and train service technicians with Store Manager guidance.
• Assist in evaluating technician performance and development needs.
• Support achievement of service sales goals, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee daily work orders, including time, tools, and materials.
• Provide technical support for general and complex service requests across makes/models.
• Advise on training needs to elevate technician skill levels.
• Ensure safety standards and proper shop equipment maintenance.
