You will work with store leadership to develop the skills to manage service tasks, ensure quality, timeliness, safety and employee management standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assess their tire and automotive service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Partners closely with Store Manager to interview, select and train service technicians, developing technical expertise to align with business needs.
• Evaluate knowledge, skills and performance of technicians; provide input on development, promotions, merit, discipline, etc.
• Support and manage store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety and productivity.
• Oversee daily work orders including time, tools, materials and equipment needed.
• Provide technical expertise and support diagnosis for general and complex service requests for all makes/models.
