Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive service industry in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach technicians, manage workflows and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs with a professional approach.
• Assist Store Manager with interviewing, training and supervising technicians.
• Oversee daily work orders, safety and adherence to standards.
• Support achievement of service sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure shop tools and equipment are properly maintained and ordered as needed.
