Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Two years related experience in automotive service management or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver's license; ASE certifications and safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn VIP's operating procedures and role expectations.
• Recruit, develop, and coach associates; ensure LMS and vendor training completion; promote ASE certifications.
• Schedule and coordinate team coverage to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Train, communicate with staff, and oversee service processes and compliance with safety and ethics codes.
