• Learn VIP’s management processes to lead a team and deliver top customer service.
• Hire and develop associates; ensure LMS training and vendor training; promote ASE certifications.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate daily with the team, conduct huddles, and participate in store meetings.
• Train, support, and deliver VIP processes to educate customers about vehicle conditions and needed solutions.
• Manage dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site meetings and training sessions as needed.
