Walser Automotive Group is growing its leadership teams across Minnesota, expanding through new stores and stronger service operations. We seek driven automotive service leaders to develop people, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 annually depending on position, experience, and dealership. Walser offers an extensive leadership development program and opportunities across multiple brands and markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive service writing experience required.
• Previous service leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of dealership service operations, repair processes, and automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and other service department team members.
• Oversee daily service department operations to maximize efficiency, quality and profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators including technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with HR to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain service professionals.
• Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
