Fremont Motors – Rawlins in Rawlins, WY is seeking an energetic Assistant Service Manager to help lead our busy service department. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and keeping the shop running at its best, we want to meet you!

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and support technicians to maximize productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with daily service department operations.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
• Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and keep customers informed.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely communication.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Help drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support employee training, coaching, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards.
