Job summary

Fremont Motors – Rawlins in Rawlins, WY is seeking an Automotive Assistant Service and Parts Manager to lead daily service and parts operations, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and keep the shop running at its best.

You will schedule appointments, prepare estimates, explain repairs, monitor progress, and coach a team while upholding safety standards and dealership policies.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred.
• Previous experience as a parts advisor or manager
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
