Job summary

Rick Hill Imports is seeking a dynamic Service Receptionist/Coordinator for our BMW/Porsche service center. You will manage front-line interactions, answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience for clients visiting the service department.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, supporting service advisors, and performing administrative tasks. A background in customer service and strong communication skills are essential to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using basic office software, computers and phone systems.
• Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and have a valid driver's license.
• All potential employees subject to pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen.
