You will manage payments, balance the cash drawer, and collaborate with various teams while keeping the area tidy and inviting. A High School diploma and basic MS Office skills are required, with a focus on professional communication and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work well with others and manage multiple phone lines.
• Must be flexible with shift availability.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and perform various physical tasks (bending, stretching, kneeling, squatting).
• A valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
