Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and assist guests as they call into our dealership.
• Close and cashier out completed repair orders with clients at vehicle pickup.
• Schedule daily service appointments by phone.
• Direct visitors to appropriate staff.
• Provide basic information in person and over the phone.
• File paperwork.
