Job summary

Korum Automotive Group in Washington state seeks a Service Support Specialist to join our Service Departments. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, route inquiries to the right team, and follow up with customers to ensure a great service experience.

This role coordinates deliverables, orders parts, writes repair orders, handles vendor scheduling, notifies customers, and processes payments. You may back up other roles such as Service Porter or Warranty Specialist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to use and learn computer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and schedule appointments.
• Route calls to appropriate team members and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate completion of deliverables and internal repair orders, including ordering parts and vendor scheduling.
• Write repair orders and notify customers of status.
• Process payments for the service department and assist with warranty/insurance claim documentation.
• May back up to other positions as needed (Service Porter, Warranty Specialist, or Service Advisor).
