Job summary

Bowser Automotive is seeking a Service Business Development Center Associate to support the Bowser Automotive Service departments. You will be the first contact for customers interested in scheduling service, assisting via email and phone to arrange appointments for repairs, maintenance and inspections.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, reminders, and outreach campaigns, while collaborating with the Sales BDC team and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to schedule service correctly.
• Strong work ethic, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can work independently and with the Sales BDC staff.
• Professional, friendly attitude with quick rapport development over phone and online.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Able to type 30 wpm+.
• Telesales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and internet inquiries to schedule customers for service appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding their service experience.
• Send email notifications to remind customers of upcoming inspections and routine maintenance.
• Participate in Service BDC outreach campaigns.
• Attend training to understand automotive repair and service activities.
• Collaborate with Sales BDC staff.
• Complete daily reporting/documentation as required.
• Maintain rapport and communication with service department staff.
• Answer questions about vehicle service appointments.
• Meet Quality Assurance and other KPIs.
• Follow Bowser policies and safety policies.
