Job summary

RWC Group in Seattle seeks a Service Advisor who is the trusted advisor, problem-solver, and face of our Service Department. Welcome customers from check-in to delivery, document repairs, coordinate orders, provide estimates, and keep work flowing with technicians.

You’ll build lasting relationships, multitask in a fast-paced shop, and bring excellent communication and teamwork. Automotive service experience is preferred; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
• Can successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands.
• Has previous experience as a Service Advisor, in customer service, or within the automotive, diesel, or commercial truck industry (preferred).
• Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Has a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes—or a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
• Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
• Provide repair recommendations, estimates, and timely status updates.
• Help maximize shop productivity by effectively managing repair flow and technician schedules.
• Coordinate parts and warranty requirements to ensure timely repairs.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
