Autoworld Kia, part of Generation Auto Group, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager & Dispatcher to support daily service department operations by assigning repair orders, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time completion. You will coordinate shop workflow and dispatch based on technician availability and skills.

The ideal candidate has dealership service experience, understands repair processes, and can prioritize multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Previous automotive dealership service experience is required.
• Experience in service dispatching, shop management, or an Assistant Service Manager role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and dealership service operations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with technicians and Service Advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Service Manager with daily operations of the Service Department.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, workload, and priority.
• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow.
• Ensure repair orders are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts personnel to keep repairs moving.
• Communicate delays or updates to Service Advisors.
• Help manage shop schedules and repair priorities.
• Identify and resolve workflow issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of repair orders.
• Support the Service Manager in maintaining department performance and customer satisfaction.
