Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate coverage eligibility and apply contract provisions to claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound claims and review contract coverage to determine eligibility.

• Deliver high level customer service throughout the claim resolution process.
• Communicate claim approvals, denials, and next steps clearly and professionally.
