Job summary

A leading insurance service provider in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Vehicle Service Contract Specialist to manage incoming claims, negotiate settlements, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience as a vehicle technician. The role requires strong negotiation skills and mechanical aptitude. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a vehicle technician and/or in a service department.
• Industry certification a plus (Factory training and ASE’s certification).

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, and negotiates service contract claims.
• Authorizes settlements within established authority limits.
• Provides professional and courteous service throughout the claims process.
• Identifies and communicates recurring issues and claim trends.
• Participate in any assigned projects or documentation.
