Sheehy Auto Stores seeks a Service Advisor to warmly welcome customers, capture repair needs, and act as the liaison between customers and service technicians. You will present service options, provide cost estimates, and manage warranty sales while maintaining CSI scores.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers opportunities for advancement and requires the ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Must have strong customer communication skills both in-person and on the phone.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug).

Aufgaben

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customer needs and articulate repair requirements to technicians.
• Present recommended services with low-pressure approach and integrity.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure work is complete.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
