Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, understand repair needs, and coordinate with service techs to deliver excellent service. You will present repair options, provide cost estimates, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
• DMS proficiency (Reynolds & Reynolds) preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills both in-person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and articulate repair needs to technicians.
• Present recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure work is complete.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
