Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain any required licenses

Responsibilities

• Sell and identify service, maintenance, and repair options to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate estimates.
