Job summary

Land Rover Volkswagen of Little Rock is seeking a dedicated service advisor to ensure excellent customer service by accurately documenting vehicle issues and coordinating with service technicians.

You will schedule appointments, greet customers, write repair orders, provide cost estimates, and communicate repair progress. Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a service advisor, dealership preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge in service to advise customers.
• Advanced computer skills, Reynolds and Reynolds.
• Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
• Understand and follow work rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments with customer data.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up customers’ vehicle issues on repair orders.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer to confirm the problem.
• Refer to service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional needed service.
• Advise customers on car care per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establish the promised time and communicate with the dispatcher as needed.
• Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and process payments.
• Notify the dispatcher of incoming work and any changes in estimates.
