Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing Service Porter to greet customers at the service department and ensure a smooth transition to the Service Advisor. The role involves moving vehicles, keeping lots clean, and assisting with custodial duties in the shop and lot areas.

Ideal candidates hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, possess strong communication skills, and are able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license or license with no major restrictions.
• Clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Move customer vehicles around the lot and service areas safely and efficiently.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors after parking vehicles.
• Assist with keeping vehicles clean and damage-free and support custodial tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training and meetings as required.
