Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a related mobile service operation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and MVR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and risk management.
• Drive teammate development, client metrics, production, and administrative tasks.
• Reward, recognize, and retain staff while monitoring financial performance and reviewing monthly results.
• Ensure vehicle repairs meet SOPs, insurance partner, and industry guidelines.
