Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive or mobile business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, including risk management and admin tasks.
• Develop teammates, monitor client metrics and production performance.
• Reward, recognize and retain talent; review monthly financial metrics.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs.
