Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or mobile business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management and administrative tasks.
• Develop teammates and monitor client metrics and production.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe and profitable per SOP.
• Recognize, reward and retain high-performing staff.
