Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a General Manager to oversee the center's operation, manage risk, develop teammates, monitor client metrics, production, and administration. This role ensures repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics.
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.
