Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, focusing on risk management, team development, client metrics, production and administration. You will reward and retain staff, monitor financials, and identify opportunities and trends to improve performance.

Ensure repairs meet SOPs and industry standards while maintaining profitability. Benefits include day-one coverage, weekly pay, vacation and holidays accrual from day one, and internal career

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Reward, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely and profitably according to SOPs, insurance partner guidelines and industry standards.
