Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to understand vehicle concerns.
• Explain repair procedures and provide accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion.
• Manage service records and transactions with accuracy.
• Promote diagnostics and knowledge to identify potential issues early.
