Jensen Motors in New Ulm MN is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to join our GMClocation service team. You will be the primary contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repairs, guiding them with clear explanations and accurate estimates.

You’ll coordinate with technicians, manage service records, and help customers explore warranty or financing options while building lasting loyalty.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen actively to understand their vehicle concerns.
• Explain repair procedures clearly, providing accurate auto estimates and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records.
• Promote automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to identify potential issues early.
• Assist customers with vehicle maintenance scheduling and explain warranty or financing options.
