Job summary

Young Ford Brigham City is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists to join our Brigham City team. You’ll contact customers via calls, texts, and digital channels to schedule service appointments and follow up on maintenance needs.

In a fast-paced, family-owned culture, you’ll work with a supportive service team, use CRM tools, and strive to meet daily call targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization.
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
