Job summary

Youth Automotive Group in Morgan, Utah is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists to join our fast-paced call center team. This role offers growth in a family-owned, people-first culture with strong benefits.

You’ll make outbound and inbound calls, schedule service appointments, use CRM systems to track interactions, and deliver outstanding customer care in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.

• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
