Qualifications

• 2+ years in an automotive dealership environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under urgency with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist the service team with leadership in warranty knowledge and information.
• Aid in contacting extended warranty companies for claim approval.
• Check vehicle and Repair Order information for compliance.
• Ensure all supporting documentation for repairs is attached to repair orders.
• Correct labor operations, symptoms, defect codes, and documentation.
• Coordinate payment processing and ensure timely payments.
• Help processing Open Invoice payable system (P2P).
• Coordinate pick up and delivery on internal vehicles and updates to Used Vehicle team.
