You will verify RO information, attach required documentation, and coordinate with rental and payment processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an automotive dealership or similar setting.
• Strong communication and high-urgency work style.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the service team with leadership in warranty knowledge and information.
• Aid in contacting extended warranty companies for claim approval.
• Check vehicle and Repair Order information for compliance.
• Ensure all supporting documentation for repairs is attached to repair orders.
• Correct labor ops, symptoms, defect codes.
• Confirm accurate technician repair documentation (3 C’s).
• Book tickets after customer has left and ensure payment has been received.
• Help processing Open Invoice (P2P) payable system.
• Work with teammates to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
• Ensure rental process is followed and completed, including cleanliness of rentals upon return.
