Walser Automotive Group in Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused administrator to support Sales Managers and frontline staff. You’ll help keep the dealership running smoothly, guiding customers, processing paperwork, and ensuring clean deals from start to finish.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll greet customers, handle calls and appointments, manage the plate log and deal jackets, and assist with funding, titles, and scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers, answer calls, and manage incoming appointments.
• Process deal paperwork and assist with funding, titles, and due bills.
• Prepare sales reports and metrics for Sales Manager review.
• Manage the plate log, deal jackets, and scheduling.
• Support OEM reporting, inventory tracking, and DriveCentric data hygiene.
• Monitor schedules, time off, and other administrative duties.
