Job summary

Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative to manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule service appointments, and assist customers with service inquiries. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience and timely service.

You will work closely with the service team, document interactions in our CRM, and support lead generation for additional services and products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
