Job summary

Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team with high-volume outreach and customer engagement. You will help turn opportunities into sales by staying organized, following up, and delivering exceptional service.

This role involves calling, emailing, and texting prospects, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining accurate inventory and records to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Make daily phone calls, emails, and text messages to prospects and customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads, opportunities, previous customers, and pending sales.
• Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Help create a positive and professional customer delivery experience.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Monitor and review CSI results and help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with our existing customer base to strengthen relationships and uncover future sales opportunities.
• Assist with inventory control, including tracking inventory and updating information.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
• Help the sales team stay organized and focused on closing opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer retention, referrals, and overall sales performance.
• Take initiative and contribute ideas to increase sales and grow the business.

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team and play an important role in driving sales growth and creating an exceptional customer experience.

This is a high-impact support role for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, following up, and helping turn opportunities into sales. The right person will work closely with our sales team to ensure prospects are contacted consistently, customers receive outstanding service, and our inventory stays organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily phone calls, emails, and text messages to prospects and customers.
