Job summary

Toyota of Santa Fe is seeking a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments and provide a premium customer experience. You will respond to internet inquiries promptly, accurately enter data into CRM, and manage inquiry flow using lead management tools.

The role trains you to understand all products and services and inventory, with focus on customer satisfaction. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Saturday with Sundays off; compensation ranges $17.50 to $21.00 per hour, plus

Qualifications

• Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
• Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate services appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
