Job summary

Toyota of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, NM, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments for customers contacting the dealership online. The role requires delivering a premium customer experience, managing inquiries via CRM, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers hourly compensation at $17.50 with full-time hours and a Monday–Saturday schedule; Sundays once a month, 3 days off.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass background checks, MVR, drug test, and provide a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer/service in hospitality or similar.
• Goal-driven to meet appointment goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Use CRM and the internet to manage inquiry flow and update customer files.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM accurately.
• Generate and schedule service appointments.
• Compile reports and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Understand all products and services offered on the service side.
