In this role, you will manage inbound service appointment calls, perform outbound outreach, review vehicle service history, advise customers on recommended services, and build lasting relationships with clients at our NJ dealership network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related field is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent service.
• Friendly, extroverted personality with prompt, courteous demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound service appointment phone calls.
• Make outbound appointment calls using dealer provided prospecting list.
• Check vehicle service history and look for open recalls.
• Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers.
