Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team in Pennsylvania. If you are career minded, you will help our customers and community while supporting sales and service efforts.

The role includes handling calls, internet and live chat inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads. We offer hourly pay with bonus, full-time Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, PTO, 401(k) matching, training, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
