Job summary

Ciocca Automotive seeks an Appointment Coordinator to join our service team and support the Service BDC in a positive, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping customers and coordinating service, this is your opportunity.

The role offers $18 per hour plus monthly bonuses, a 40-hour week with a rotating schedule including every other weekend, and opportunities to advance within our growing network of dealerships.

Qualifications

• Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills (CRM experience is a plus!).
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes.
• Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment while listening carefully to customer concerns and needs.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently.
• Review vehicle history, open recalls, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
• Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Service Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Center Representative
