Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Careers is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our service team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role offers 40 hours per week with a fixed bi-weekly rotating schedule, including every other weekend, and pays $18 per hour plus monthly bonuses.

You will handle service appointment communications, schedule visits, review recalls, educate customers on services, and build strong dealership relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes.
• Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently.
• Review vehicle history, open recalls, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
• Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
• Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Service Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Center Representative

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Service BDC team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Pay

• $18 per hour plus monthly bonuses

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
