Job summary

Crown Automotive is seeking an Appointment Setter for our busy service department. The role focuses on accurate posting of service labor time to repair orders and precise data transfer to the computer system.

Preferred automotive dealership experience along with strong organizational and customer service skills. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits as part of a family‑owned TOP 100 dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience with an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.
• Basic typing and calculator skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely posting of service labor time to repair orders.
• Complete and accurate transfer of data from repair order to computer.
• Code and flag warranty repair orders; review orders for warranty compliance.
• Assist service advisors with incoming phone calls; coordinate paper flow with warranty administrator.
• Maintain professional appearance and neat work area.
