Job summary

Casey Auto Group is hiring Customer Care Coordinators to join our Business Development Center in Newport News, Virginia. You will connect with interested customers, provide information, and schedule appointments with our dealership teams.

This in-office, full-time role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls by phone, text, and email. Pay range is $4,000 to $6,000 per month, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 am and 8:00

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Call center, automotive, sales support or appointment-setting experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence with professional tone and active listening.
• Able to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Results-driven with clear goals and performance benchmarks.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and meet daily activity goals.
• Turn conversations into qualified sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers interested in vehicles.
• Confirm appointments and assist with next steps in the buying journey.
• Document customer interactions and appointment details accurately.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure customers feel valued with professional, friendly service.
