Location: 115 Team Hendrick Way, Cary, North Carolina 27511
Summary: Hendrick Automotive Service Department Appointment Coordinator.
Answer inbound service calls for multiple Hendrick Chevrolet, Dodge, and Kia Dealerships.
The primary duties include scheduling service appointments and answering various service-related questions.
Also responsible for making outbound Service Reminder and Online Appointment confirmation calls.
Previous dealership service department experience is helpful.
Compensation: Hourly Pay $17.50 Plus Bonus (average hourly after Bonus $18.50 - $21)
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week. Closed on Sundays. No evenings. 2 Saturdays a month.
Call center hours: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm M-F and Saturdays 8 am - 4 pm.

Work Experience:
Previous customer service, automotive, and/or call center experience helpful.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License

Ability to understand and follow instructions, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Attendance:
Requires regular and predictable attendance.
Physical Demands:
Must talk, hear, sit, and use hands frequently.

Primarily performed in the Business Development Center with interaction with customers and personnel.
