Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer at our Waunakee, WI location. You will guide customers through the repair process, keeping them informed and ensuring satisfaction with the service experience.

The role requires greeting customers, presenting repair options clearly, managing workflow, and maintaining a positive team environment. Weekend schedules and shifts support a high-volume shop setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to repair the vehicle and explain it clearly to the customer.
• Manage the store’s workflow efficiently and effectively.
• Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly by phone with customers.
• Build long-term relationships between store, yourself and customer.
• Direct, coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle customers as needed in the CBA branded vehicle.
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications.
• Work as part of a team and assist others.
