You will greet service customers, schedule appointments, explain repair needs and timelines, and coordinate with technicians while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, energetic and team-oriented attitude.
• Prior customer service or sales experience required; automotive experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills; English required; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.

Responsibilities
