Job summary

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Elkton, MD is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our busy service team. You will greet customers, schedule repairs, explain estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate service.

We offer a competitive base salary plus bonus, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and employee vehicle purchase discounts. Spanish bilingual is a plus; evenings and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Explain repair needs, estimates and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians.
